Boxed Lunches ($10-$12) At the Simple Chef Cafe, we often make hundreds of boxed lunches per week. These lunches are perfect for company meetings or Saturday drives into the mountains. From our cafe menu, pick any of our sandwiches, wraps, salads, and we will customize them, wrap them and box them with your choice of soda and a side (fruit, chips, potato salad, macaroni salad, or dill beans). For dessert, we recommend that you pre-order some of our melt in your-mouth cupcakes (we make them each morning, but they go very quickly, so you must let us know in advance so we can reserve some for you). Corporate Catering
($10-$18)
Priced for groups of at least 30 people, our corporate catering menu includes everything served on our cafe menu plus numerous other menu choices created specifically for the corporate lunch setting. For examples and ideas, please visit the chef's catering blog.
Wedding Receptions ($11-$26) Our wedding menu selections are priced for a minimum of 100 guests, but unlike many other caterers, we are delighted to handle every detail, or provide just the food using the dishes and utensils of an existing hall, or giving you full creativity to work with your own rental suppliers. We specialize in All Inclusive & buffets, outdoor events, and we are definitely the goto guys for people who want gourmet on a budget.
Gourmet Special Events ($25-$60) For your special event, our head chef can help you pull out all the stops, matching wines to the foods, cooking onsite with fire and flair, even ship in a movie set from Hollywood
